Do you have any suggestions to make for my proposed forum structure? I want to give every topic a place 🙂

It looks good, but there are probably some of those forums that I would merge together, to create less forums, at least until your forum becomes bigger. For example,
Search Engine Optimization, Link Development and Search Engines and Rankings could all be included in a single forum for SEO and online promotion.
I'd also merge some of the forums you have in the "General" section, perhaps to create a single Off-topic forum.

That's what I thought, because it is a Tech forum, but idk about that because I bought a general discussion forum just to merge it with TechGeeks and it's all organized now.
Is it better to have stuff like Polls and Debates and Sports separated or together? Once all the topics are together it will be very difficult to separate them again.

I too would merge some sections together. I looked at your list and visualized how it would look, and what popped into my mind was a forum that would be really hard to navigate, so I would definiately follow Fergal's advice and merge some sections together. Otherwise your forum could be very hard to navigate if you have it the way you propose to have it.
