The visits are most important, so it's decent for 3 days, but that depends if the domain already had existing traffic, which would alter the reliability of the results.

Looks like a lot of refreshing and clicking around, to generate the ratio between visits and page views, and looking at the density in the USA, I think most of the page views are by yourself, especially when you're trying to perfect things and checking things work etc, as well as the content overview, where the main pages being clicked are profile or online pages.

The domain was made the same day the forum was made. The domain is new. So all are new stats. Also we are over 500 posts just in 4 days.

But can you consistently get 125 posts per day for the next year? Can you consistently get 40 + uniques per day for the next year? That would determine if it's good or not.

That's 45k+ posts in a year. If I work very hard at promoting it and keeping new content to discuss about on there, I'm sure I could.
