I'd raise the price to $5, but thats just me. Its a pretty good list of bonuses there 😉

I disagree "Footer Link, 20 free posts on your forum or five blog comments". A backlink and more activity, people pay for them a lot.

I think that's a good deal.

It depends on the forum genre and who is the audience. If you have a TV forum, what good is a footer link and forum posting if they don't have a forum or website because they are just a TV viewer, not interested in webmastering?

I would say a minimum of $5, you could even get about $8 for all that. You should not let members drive you to be cheap. Don't get me wrong good to offer deals, but don't forget you do work hard for your money with such a list of bonuses, as you got listed above.
