Yes, yes, we get it, you hate xenForo.I fail to see why you would pay that much money for the least user-friendly forum software on the market. XenForo is painful to use even as an end user.

It's like you have to click through five menus or pages to do everything. Numerous key features seem to be buried.Could you give some specifics on why Xenforo is a pain to use for the end user? We're currently using vBulletin on Christianity Haven and are contemplating switching to something else this year so we're researching other software and Xenforo is one of the ones at the top of the list.

@Lämmchen why not give Xenforo demo a try. This way you can get a better idea of how the admin panel is.

I'm talking more about as an end user. On the back end, it's even more of a jumbled mess. You need a four digit IQ and six doctorates to work the permissions in xF.I don't have Admin permissions here so I'm not sure what things you're referring to. I know that vBulletin has a lot of issues with permissions and I scream every time I add a new usergroup because of all the complications. I was hoping Xenforo would be easier.
I haven't used XF2 on the back end, but it's debatably more annoying to use as an end user than XF1.@MeowsePad You are saying these things after using XF 2 or any version it doesn't matter?
I agree.Xenforo is way better than garbage of PhpBB and MyBB. Even VB is better than PhpBB and Mybb crap.
The permission system is only difficult if you don’t understand how to properly use it. Time and time again I see forums using the use group permissions incorrectly. You need a four digit IQ and six doctorates to work the permissions in xF
"You're holding it wrong!"The permission system is only difficult if you don’t understand how to properly use it.
So clearly this is a common problem that shows that XF could design a much better ACP that's easier to use for their users. 🙄Time and time again I see forums using the use group permissions incorrectly.
Nonsense! Everything about XenForo is absolutely perfect. They did everything right. Anybody who struggles with XenForo is just a computer illiterate dummy stupid head who shouldn't be running a forum anyway. Any other software is tool of the devil. Your forum will never be successful unless you throw Kier every cent of your paycheck. Anybody who badmouths XenForo is just a little nooby who is going nowhere in life.So clearly this is a common problem that shows that XF could design a much better ACP that's easier to use for their users. 🙄
Not true, it's pretty simple and straightforward on IPB tbh.The permission systems is always a pain for any softwares in the market.

The software used to be great, but ever since v5 came out it's just been bad...
I'm only going to address this, and this only. How?
