Google insists that every website or blog contain unique information that adds value to the reader's experience. You can't just copy text from other sites and publish on your own. You must add something additional of your own creation to give added value to the person visiting. For that reason, they discourage content that is solely generated by automatic methods. That's not to say you can't use an RSS feed on your site to get results from another, but this content should be supplemented in some way with your own original material and should not comprise the main bulk of your site's content.
Some types of automatically generated content to avoid include:
Text translated automatically without human review before publishing
Text generated through a process known as Markov chains
Text copied from another site where random words are swapped for synonyms or similar words
Sites consisting of purely RSS feed results with little or not other original content
Combining content from related web pages without adding additional commentary or value to the reader
