Is youtube a good place for a promotion forum?

Title says most of it, I was thinking I could make a youtube channel for MegaTraff and have members create "trailers" of there site and I would upload it; Would this be a good way to promote on social media? Im already using twitter, and I will be starting a facebook page soon 🙂

I would suggest more so using it to create tip videos and link them back to your site. I would say that would work better.

I think Youtube is good for most promotion activities. The traffic converts well because you can connect really well with video.
