I can't consider the staff because there are no members who are up to the challenge, and I had to fire a Moderator recently and might gain him back if he gets active again. Pros



You have a nice theme, it is a nice brown colour. Your board descriptions are all fairly long and detailed without many grammar mistakes. It is good to see you are still trying to get more people and have not given up.
Cons

Your header is really small. You should make it bigger or maybe ask someone from FP to make you a new one, for some FP$. You have no forum news / announcements, suggestions, and introductions boards. These are boards you really need. With that said, you have way too many boards. Do you need a board for applications? Is there really any point in it? Why not create one topic and make it a global announcement. Entertainment could be merged into one board and moved into ETC. Then you could make School & work and Food & beverages sub boards. Or, you could make a ‘general’ board and remove the school and food boards completely. Jokes doesn’t need it’s own category, you should move that up to ETC and delete the lounge. Also, I can see the staff category but no boards. This only clutters the forum, you may as well have the whole category hidden. Review Dump could be moved to Forum related. You could merge forum hosting and tips with forum discussion. You should work on finding some review staff and maybe a moderator. You should hide the review board until you have some staff for it. Your activity is not good either, I think you should try doing some exchanges with people here at FP. Try an active for active. “Here you can request a review to be requested and reviewed by our Review Team.” Doesn’t make sense. It should be “Here you can request a review and be reviewed by our review team.”
