'Lizzy Mcguire' was an old tv show that use to come on Disney, I think. Hillary Duff played as the character in the show Lizzy Mcguire. Miley Cyrus and Hillary Duff are two different people, and they have nothing in common.

Her singing name is not "Hannah Montana". I don't see songs like "The Climb" being made by "Hannah Montana". Hannah Montana is a stage name of "Miley Steward" made by the Disney Channel. Miley and Hillary both became famous due to the Disney Channel, which is something in common. 😉
