Appearance
In general I like your forum theme because I like dark themes, fits in eyes easily. Besides that, I actually like the header to register or log in, very inviting and unique. However, it still needs support mainly from inviting banner. You only displayed "ITA" as the banner, very bland and the color does not fit well with the whole dark theme. You can write the long version of "ITA", add a line of description or slogan to perk things up. Don't forget to add a favicon as well. Category/forum icons match theme but does not reflect the site; what does "N" mean, if that is indeed "N"? I'm sorry if I understand it wrongly. You have standard post icons, a customized one to match the theme and forum's niche would be best.
Layout
Your forum is big in the wrong portion, from what I can tell. I can't decide the purpose of your forum yet, combining technology and gaming, but providing selling area more than discussions area. Based on experience with other forums, selling area usually are not as busy as discussions area can be so you need to rearrange your forum. For starter it might be best to merge the selling area into only a few and add more discussion area. You can always expand if you see the need to. For distinction of the threads you can use thread prefixes, for example. You can also merge the off-topic discussion to another category rather than having one forum for one category like that.
First Impressions and Interest
I'm sorry that I have to say that the first impression of your site is confusing. You displayed a site name and a banner with "ITA" but what is it exactly? If I didn't scroll down I wouldn't be able to tell what kind of forum it is. Aside from that, I personally like dark skin so I really like yours. Others might not like it so you may want to consider that. Because I'm still unclear about what your site is, I don't think you give many interesting sections to explore at the moment. The discussion sites are only a few, and you have more for selling, which is not always lively compared to discussions.
Content
Your forum with its current condition has no content at all. You mostly only put rules threads or very general discussion threads, like "Samsung Discussion" or "BlackBerry Discussion". You already have 9 members, you can work to add more threads, unique ones, from discussions to news and info. You have a partner in running the website, you can split job there to keep adding content to the site and invite members to start posting besides working on technical things too. Perhaps you may want to add more sections too to provide more space for discussions. One other thing I want to mention is grammar; it might not be vital at the moment but with a good grammar in your posts it raises the professionalism level and feels more comfortable to read and browse around too. This includes usage of exclamation mark (!) at the end of each forum description. The name of the sections too, give a unique name if possible to give better overall impression of the forum.

ITA is still very young, still many works to do. There are various technology and gaming sites out there, or other forums offering a section to talk about technology and gaming. If you truly want to make ITA grows big, you have to think of one strong point to offer at the forum to invite members. Appearance is important, but content and community are top important things. Don't bother too much with technical things; start simple, build a community base first, and you can expand the features and options once you have more voices from the community.
