Appreciate your review, I see you have a new forum and just got started. Looking forward to seeing what you do with it. It's still the template...

On my forum, the music rotates there are six songs and they are changed twice per month. May not be for everyone. Again thanks for the review.

I am an old man anyway so the music may be dated. Members give me suggestions and I post what they ask for. I think, Jazz, Country, Blues, Techno, and Rock are next up for the intro music.

This is a hobby for me, not my life blood, got a real job if you know what I mean. Hoo Ahh 🙂

Appreciate the question. How is your site coming? I changed the music o my site today. May not be to your taste but I did change it.

Secondly, no your music may not be to my tastes but it is good that you change it.

Thirdly, which one are you talking about? I have ads for a few in my sig, mine is A.R. Jackson though. The link can be found under the black dawn image.
As far as how it's going, there is not a lot of capabilities with freeforums.org, but i am trying to get something going with it.

FFO is a good start but I upgraded soon as I could so I could do my mods. For my site, we have just about every Genre. What are you into for music, perhaps we can add what we are lacking.

i prefer rock, hard rock, and some metal, but not a lot of that. depends on hte song and band really.

Good stuff we have a section for that but not many of our current members are into it. This said, that section can grow. Out of no where our Country Section took off fast and we had to have a Forum Mod just for that area.

Stop on by sometime, poke around a bit more. I know the sit eis not for everyone, but you never know what you may find there.

Added two new sub forums:

Home Theater Systems and Movie Reviews

One of our members suggested we add these to compliment the music forum so we did. The area is under contruction but I know one of our Admins is very into Home Theater Systems so I am willing to bet by the end of the week the section will be populated.

It's the weekend!!!!!! Come out and join us. From Rock to Classical and members who also play their own instruments.

We are nearly six months old, having a good time. I want to thank my Team:
Craig1985, Jack, Rebell6666 DustyBritches and Lead Tech, all have contributed a great deal to the site.

We continue to grow and you can now find us on several search engines. Our site's value has increased two fold in just three months. Let us know how we can make your membership better. Posting improves a site, membership alone does not, so stop on by, post a bit and enjoy.

We do have a chat area and as we grow that section will be busy. With growth we will also offer cash competitions, paid via paypal only. We thank you for using the google search and or clicking the small adds on the site.

We do not do post exchanges, we seek members who want to be active members for the sake of music and not thier own sites.

We do offer an advertisement section on our site for a modest fee, banner and or text but we strive to keep ads to a minimum. We rather focus on the music.

Hello Everyone! We now have a music exchange area. Join up and be part of the building of this site. As many of you may know, we lost everything and had to rebuild. We are up and running, added new things and we feel that we are even better than we were.

We know many here have their own sites and seek members. This is a place to get away from it all and hang out, surf, chat, post, play and more. As we get more members we will be offering cash contests paid via paypal. Our ad revenue is growing and we want to pass some of that on to our members. For those on advanced hosting, google adsense and search are awesome tools. Our ads are transparent to you the member, so that your stay is about the site and not the ads. Our revenue has paid for the domain and part of the hosting fees.

Good Day,

We are seeking a motivated member to serve as Membership Director for the board. The person must be motivated and well versed in free methods to advertise the board (such as free forum promotions) and willing to share with friends, family and others about the site. If a student the Membership Director must be willing to share at his/her school either high school/college about the board..

The Membership Director must visit the board at least twice per week and post at least five times per week (not counting Staff updates). The Membership Director will provide the Team links to where he/she has advertised the board and is responsible for updating those ads on such boards weekly.

We have a great community thus far but we need to increase the membership so the board is more active. At this time the board does not pay its team. This is a chance to be part of a super team and make the board even better than it is. This is an opportunity to put your skills to work.

If interested please contact myself or Rebel. We will provide you the links where we have placed ads thus far. You will simply create a user account at those sites and then take over the ads… You will also have a section in the Team Collaboration Area to post your updates. The Membership Director must have a passion for music and be able to share that passion on the board and in the ads he/she places…

Sadly, we have several dead accounts i.e. people have joined and simply do not post. We do have a live chat area but that is not the main purpose of the board. We have an arcade as well. The focus of the board is the music posts and discussion about those posts…. If you play an instrument and want to share your talent or comment on others who have posted in the Musicians Corner, feel free to do so. For those who have not posted in the last 90 days, we will most likely delete the member account.

This is a lesson I learned a while ago: do not delete inactive users. You never know if they may come back later or if they are having trouble with their account info. Also, it makes the board look better. having 15 members looks better than 12.

Anyways, good luck with the forum 🙂

If Fowler or another admin would have deleted my account when i first registered, i would have to have re registered when i came back online, and that is annoying so i probably wouldn't have... not at first at least...

Hello from the Team at It's All About Music,

The weekend is almost here, stop on in. Our Classical, Heavy/Thrash Metal and Faith sections have really taken off. Our newest members have made these sections a hot topic area.

We are sadden that some of you have not returned since you have joined. Some of you own your own boards and perhaps looked forward to a post exchange, we simply do not support such efforts are sort lived and tend to die off within a week or two. We do support affiliate exchanges for those have shown positive results for us. We seek members who are at least semi active and the more active the better as is the case with our newest members. Recent post have shot traffic up nearly 100 percent.

Music is awesome, it is near universal and is expressed in many ways. Check out our world section and experience something different. Our MP3 Music Exchange area is starting to take shape, hope to see you there.

We continue to grow and appreciate our members. Share you love of music with someone you know, tell them about us. Spoil your ears and enjoy.
