First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Well, I am so chuffed that you decided to choose phpbb3. Its a personal favourite of mine! When i first visited I was very very unsure to what your template was all about, I'm not sure if it was just me but you froum was appearing massive. I came back about 6 hours later and all was fixed?
Looking at your banner it doesn't really match your template. The reddy orange and yellow doesn't really do it for me. I would reccomend getting a transparent .png logo, that would look great! Your forums are very well laid out and everything has its place. I love the way you have added your affiliates on the side. nice job!

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Some of your side bars are going of and into your forums. For example, your search bar on the forum index can only be half seen so when I am searching for something, I can only see half of what I am typing. I'm having the same problem with the Login bar aswell.
Your Poll bar at the bottom is covering almost half the size of your webpage. You might need to reduce that to maybe just 2 or 2 polls. Other than that, your layout is very nice. I like the fact you have a live alexa rank icon at the bottom, that can be used to motivate you and show other members on the forum that the forum is getting good traffic

These are great results and stats for any forum! You should be very very pleased. Lots of members make a busy and hapy forum and I can clearly see that by looking at your forum. It seems your topics and posts per day have slipped though, from what i can see you used to get alot more? here's a list of the good and bad things about your stats:

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Staff moderation is okay. Not the best I have seen as some of the moderators are childish in the way they post and deal with situations. It may just be there nature or they need a talking to about professionalism.
All your staff are active and are posting alot which is great, they also seem to sort out things quickly to! :cheer:

Again, your Grammer/ professionalism is okay. Accept from staff swearing rarely all seem to have good grammer and be professional
