That Admin Community is inactive at the moment.

What should I do to get my forum going again? This always seems to happen to me, I start well and then the forum gradually declines. 🙁

Yes it is fair to say that.

Offer some sort of incentive. Of the hundreds of promotion forums, why go on yours? Ask yourself that when you are on it. If you think like a user/consumer new to your site/product it will help bring more people in.

I would suggest a contest as well. the winner could get either a free package of his chosen size or free full review or something like that.

As for the contest, I've been thinking about it but have decided against it previously because of lack of funds for a contest that will really be successful. It's definitely a possibility.

@el canadiano: Good idea. I do think the current theme is solid but not spectacular, so I will probably look into a new theme.

@Kirisute Gomen: Hmm. I have the .info domain for 50 posts as something that makes us different. Though truthfully some new ideas, preferably unique, are needed.

@Wolfy: Thanks as well, appreciated. I don't think that would be a popular enough contest, but it could perhaps be a third prize or something. 😛
