First Impressions & Appearance
When I first visited forum, I could tell your forum was an role play forum just by the top of the header. One thing about role play forums is that they all tend to have similar things like side tables, and of course, random people on the banner. You should mix it up a bit. There are very many role play forums on the internet. They all have similarities. Mix it up bit. Make your role play forum different from the rest of theme.
The banner is alright; I like the background on the text, that makes it look nice. Besides the text, it's just a plain old banner. The forum theme is nice. I like the the wide use of color all over the forum. I like the way the theme has orange and blue put together. They flow perfectly with the theme. Great work on that. I feel you could do a little more with the menu, maybe making it a bit bigger or something. Or maybe just have it change color when you rollover the menu with your mouse; nothing too fancy though.

Site Layout
I must say, I personally am not a fan of your layout. Everything seems so unorganized. It's extremely hard to navigate. There's the menu, then there's like another smaller menu below the advertisement, then there's the side tables, and of course the boards. Tone it down a bit. Not all of that is necessary.
I really don't understand why you have used so many images in your layout. It isn't necessary. You have loads of images all through the layout. This is not good for page load. People with slower internet connections probably will have trouble participating at the forum, that could lead to possible active users be lost. Also, you seem to have used Photobucket to host most of these images. Some advertisement blockers will block Photobucket images. The computers at my school block Photobucket images. Also, some parents will have parental control set for their teens, they tend to block Photobucket. So, part of the people who view your forum will see a lot of dead images. Those people are likely to think that your forum is outdated, not updated, etc. I especially don't like the images on the boards. Some of them look stretched and just of unnatural size. That looks bad.

Statistics and Activity
Your forum has over 7,000 posts. That's not bad, but it's not that good either. I feel you could do better. You have 392 users. That's really good. The only problem is that those 392 users have only managed to create a bit more than 7,000 posts. That's unacceptable. It looks to me like you have many inactive users. You should do whatever you can to get those users back. Maybe just sending everyone an email will do the trick. That sometimes work. Introduce something new to the forum. Host a competition or contest. Introduce a new theme or feature. Just do whatever you can to get these users coming back to the forum.

Staff Moderation
The staff seems to be getting the job done. All the staff members appear active, except for two of them. Two staff members have zero posts. Why is that? It looks to me like they aren't contributing to the forum, so there's no reason for them to be staff. All in all, you have six staff members. All of them are administrators. There is no reason to have an excessive amount of administrators. It doesn't take that many people to administrate a forum. You don't have any moderators. You should remove the two inactive administrators. Then make two or so administrators moderators. That way, you can even it out a bit. Also, with six administrators, you are very well putting your forum at risk security wise. More administrator accounts means more chances of one of the administrator passwords getting cracked.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
Your spelling and grammar isn't failing, but I see where you can improve. For example, usernames in CAPS doesn't look too appealing. It's unprofessional. The board descriptions are in CAPS as well. Why? It doesn't make it look any better. Also, the lowercase board titles need to be fixed. Seeing as it's lowercase throughout the forum. I know that you didn't do that by mistake. It looks silly and unprofessional. You should consider making it look the correct English way. I know it's a role play forum and that it may be part of your forum's set up, but I don't think it would hurt the forum to put it the correct way. I can only see it benefiting the forum. I also don't understand why thread titles are in CAPS. Not going by the correct grammar and spelling way may may your forum look different, but it doesn't make it look any better. There's a difference from being original and just being unprofessional. You seem to have crossed the line of being unprofessional a bit.
