It depends on what you would be selling. If they were to include the designs and themes, then the whole thing would need to be sold, but I don't think you'd want to sell rights to the themes, so based on that assumption, it would really just be the domain. At the moment, the domain is not "great"; I'd say around registration fee.

I'd say around $20 mainly due to the themes.

You are selling themes which are made on a free-theme creator, which anyone can download. I wouldn't offer more than $10 for it.

It's not a free theme creator.
The program costs $100+ (the one I have) and I only use it on that site.
