In the past month you have managed to get quite a few members which averages over 1 pre day which ill be good and should get higher in the further. For the number to increase faster you could try promoting your forum in more places.

(I am basing that an active member is a member who has a post count higher than about 10 – 11)
I’m sorry but one big issue I have is the fact most of your member haven’t even posted. I think that you should try to get most of the people who haven’t posted at all to post on your forum.
Number Of Posts (Spam or Otherwise): (8/10)
Over the time your forum been open I say that you have got a great number of posts. I say that you have had about 20 posts each day on average. Which I think a good number to have. But I want you to encourage some members to post more which your forum should get posts faster.
Appearance (First Impressions): (15/20)
The style you use is simple but I got quite a few problems with it that some of the text can be hard to read as it’s black. Also I you should change the admin group colour to something that can be read easier.
Layout: (16/ 20)
You seen to have a forum layout with all your posts spit over about the same. I recommend that you try and get more posts in on topic parts.
Moderation: (9/10)
For a forum your size I think that 2 admins and 1 mod is enough for moderation on your board at this stage.

Although you got quite a lot of posts on your forum, in the last 12-24 hours I haven’t even seen a single post made on your forum.
