You have 38 registered members. You have been open since June 17th, it looks like so 38 isn't such an impressive number for being open for over 2 months. There are many ways you can get more members.
- Post/Member Exchanges
- Submitting your site to search engines
- Using services here at FP and any other promotion sites
Number Of Active Members: (5 out of 10)
From what it looks like you have about 8 active members out of 38. Again that's not a very impressive number. There are plenty of ways to get more active members. First off, maybe make some sort of competitions between members like to see who can post more and what not. Second, keep bringing in new things to offer your members! You are running off a free host, but there are always new things you can bring in.
Number Of Posts (Spam or Otherwise): (3 out of 10)
You have 3,002 total posts. This is a pretty impressive number but most of it does seem like spam. You all use horrible grammar and argue like little 5 year old kids. Again, there are a number of ways you can improve your post number.

Appearance (First Impressions):(15 out of 20)
You're using Avalon Cyan I believe. It's a nice skin, but I think you should maybe get something a little darker and a skin that's not so popular that people use all the time. Being unique always attracts more members. You might want to center your banner when you get the chance too.
Layout: (15 out of 20)
The layout of your forum is pretty basic. I would suggest adding a few more forums instead of having all those Subforums. It can actually get a little messy with all the subforums, I know from experience. Everything else looks pretty nice though.
Moderation: (3 out of 10)
You have 2 admins and 1 moderator. That is a perfect amount of staff for a forum with only 38 registered members. I was looking at a couple things and it looks like your admins and mods are lazy. There was one that you said she had posted it in the wrong section, but instead of moving it she said she posts wherever she likes and doesn't care. You have make your forum look professional and organized, that doesn't do it.
Activity:(5 out of 10)
Your activity is very low. Again as I mentioned only about 8 active members. I would suggest again adding activities the whole forum can come together in and enjoy.
Spelling and Grammar(1 out of 10)
The spelling and grammar on your forum is horrendous!! Not only do your members write all in lolcat and typos, your admins and moderators do to! I suggest having a chat with your mods and admins telling them that good grammar is one thing you need to have a successful forum.
Overall Mark: (54 Out Of 100)
I think you really do need to change a lot of what I mentioned above. You really need those changes in order for your forum to become a success.
