Considering the amount of cameras nowadays, is there anything really shocking Bond could use to spy on people? I mean, in the past, a lot of Bond's little gadgets were at best - very unbelievable. For instance, there was no internet, no real way to make these things work.

OK, we have them! My bad! However, they're not widespread, not even a little bit. I mean, back in the 80s, when I was a kid, I would have probably envisioned now as being The Jetsons.
