If you want to merge this thread, go ahead however I needed some feedback on my application for applying to staff on my forum. I will quote exactly what is says.

If you want to apply for staff, you MUST use the following format in detail.

1.) How can you help out here at thefootballempire? What can YOU do to make this place better
2.) What is your time zone?
3.) How can we trust you?
4.) In your own words, what is being a moderator to you? How is it important?
5.) Give me a general reflection of the rules here at thefootballempire in your own words.

All these questions must be answered in full detail aside from asking what your time zone is.

You can ONLY apply once you have more than 100 posts. Anyone that applies under 100 posts will have their application rejected.

Secondly, you cannot have any forum warnings in order to sign up or suspensions. You must follow all rules.

Lastly, your posting will be put under review if you apply. If you only post simple 1 phrase posts, we will not accept your application. At least 30% of your posts must be of quality.

We are very strict on who we accept, but we also accept the fact that we do need more staff. Please help us make thefootballempire a better place.

Is there anything I can change up here?

I suggest you word your posts a little more professionally. Its always better to give the applicants a confident feeling rather than to discourage by quoting your strict policies on hiring.

You can reword it 'While we are not so hard on your posting quality, we suggest you exibhit professionalism in your posts which should also reflect your interest in the matter'.

Or something like that?

Moving this to a more appropriate forum.
