How far can you got without stopping, with stopping? What kind of terrain do you jog? Anyone jog at night? Do you use a machine (treadmill, Ski simulator)?

Isn't the fact of stopping, it's the starting part that's hard 😀

About 50 feet at the moment, just started running again after a long time.

When I was jogging in the olden days to lose weight, I would jog for a kilometer before stopping. But it's not exactly stopping to rest but walking. And after half a kilometer of walking, I would jog again. Jogging was a very effective way of losing weight for me. Unfortunately I couldn't jog anymore due to an injury on my right leg.

Jogging is fun, but I din't do any jogging at all. How do you make yourself do it?

When I feel that my body needs to exercise, at first day I can do 1k jog,
then in the second day 2k, and in the third day I can do 3k jog. but that is
my limit I think even if I do it daily, 3k is my limit without stopping.

I've decided to start running again but first I will start with doing 30/40 mins of fast walking on the treadmill and then I start running. I stopped exercising for like 13 months or so and I want to go back to where I were.

I can jog approximately forty feet without stopping before I lose consciousness.

Jogging a mile, walking another, then jogging again gets results. It's how some basketball teams train.

I live in Texas and there is no way in hell I'd jog unless on a treadmill in the gym lol. But even then I probably can't do a true jog for very long.
