John Locke vs Thomas Hobbes

I know that they're both fundamentally wrong on their idealogy, but who's more correct on which issues?
 
I don't know enough on either for a complete opinion (my 10th grade history teacher was quite stupid), but I like what I've heard about John Locke. Though I like Hobbes because Bill Watterson named Hobbes after Hobbes in the comic strip Calvin and Hobbes.

LOL, yeah I'm still learning too. I do like Locke's idea of the tabula rasa (blank state of mind at birth). I think it's pretty accurate.
