I think the football section should be above the hangout section myself... I think it's part of the reason you have more posts in the off topic sections then you do in the football sections. Also you have tough competition but you seem to be doing alright at the moment.

I agree with sbfc, the main focus of the board should always be below the announcements, it draws attention to that section of the board.
