Hi! I will make this review in small points for your benefit. I would also like to add that I have nothing bad about you as a person and this is a critic on the overall design of your site.
Layout
The layout of your site seems to be okay, and I do mean that. However, I feel that it has too much to show me. what I mean is that the site seems to fill the whole screen with content that has been placed randomly. White space could be all you need to make this design stand out that little bit more. I would recommend you reduce the size of the videos maybe have them as thumbnails that link to YouTube rather than having the video play in the centre of the screen.
Navigation
Looking at your navigation, I feel that it is over complicated. The best way to increase user experience is by having as little links as possible. What I mean is try grouping the content and maybe even removing some content entirely. You describe the websites focus on one person who I, presume is you. I would split the site into the three categories Author, Speaker & Entrepreneur. Create a three pillar structure which will navigate to the parts of the website a user wants to visit. Rather than show everything just show a little and tell a story.
Design
Sig logos I love, however, the colours are not suited for each other. I mean that the colours used aka the yellow and blue are colours that does not match. Try a violet as a colour or a black. The design seems to be all over the place with elements pixelated and small to too big. I think you need to work on finding the right balance, have a look at how other sites are constructed and that should help with your sites look.
Concept
The concept is strong, it has the content needed to understand what the website is fast and allows the user to explore without finding broken links or bugs. however, I do believe the site would look far better if it was following basic design principles. the grid system could be good for this type of content.
