Almost did last month, but it was due to netflix not wanting to run on wifi.

Generally though, I rarely go above 2.5 GB every month.

If I won? It depends on how much, honestly. But the first thing, or things I would do, would be pay off any debts that are outstanding, and then pay to either rebuild the house, or fix it up.
