Depends on the situation tbh. Does help to be upside down with stackable mugs, as it saves on space.

When I wake up. Prefer to feel clean for the day, as I tend to sweat when sleeping. No AC in the Summer, and I have birds also in my room. Don't want to smell like birds all day. 😀
