Hmm. Your way of making site isn't good.
A good site will be formed like this.
1) Decide an idea, what's your site about, how it varies from other sites, and how you are going to make it look like.
2) Decide a domain which expresses the niche of your site, and can be easily memorized by people.
3) Decide whether a blog or forum or which thing will suite better. Also decide which software will suite for it better.
4) Implement it.

If you want to use the domain then yes that's how you point it to their servers, assuming you purchased the hosting and have an account with the host.

Be careful about your Adsense account. Make sure that you abide by all rules or else your account will be permanently banned.

I suggest you read their whole TOS. Any little thing can get you banned.

The first thing you should do after purchasing a domain set up the name servers. Grab the nameservers from your host and input into your Client Panel via your domain provider and hopefully it takes a few minutes.
