I hope you can take some criticism.
Typical blue-black-white pattern, which is starting to get really common in lots of designs. By they way, it reminds me my nation's flag:
But seriously, that color combination is used too much.
Logo is pretty good.
It's myBB, right? Because you have removed that software credits in the footer. Well, there ain't any nice myBB styles out there anyway, so your style isn't any special either. (So it's not your fault that it looks so general and boring).
Those Find and Quote black buttons are too eye catching.
Those New reply buttons, they should be rounded. So they match the overall theme.
