Me and my admin were editing our board so we could edit the karma settings and then we removed the wrong part so we get this message when we try to visit the forum.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '}' in /home2/forumfun/public_html/cache/tpl_Ace_index_body.html.php on line 56

Luckily I'm still in the ACP so any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Which file and which part did you edit?

You should install AutoMOD, it'll save you making these kind of errors and destroying your board like i so commonly did <_<

The mod works fine as I installed it for you yesterday, you should not have messed with it if you did not know what you are doing and ingnore what mYst said Automod should be left alone, I should not I install mods daily and have been using phpBB since it was created, automod is fine for the first few mods then it struggles to as it is not programme to read new code from other mods and this causes conflicts.

Let me know what you did and I will go in a fix it for you. As I already have a good idea.

I tried to remove The top 10 karma thing at the bottom and it went wrong.

Matt quickest way is to clear your template cache in the acp

Also advice for you dont edit your template files via the acp as everytime you clear the cache or refresh templates which you do everytime you add a mod all your work will be lost.

I installed you STK

so if you can go via the normal route

type your domain name in your browser and add /stk/ to end and you can login in that way 😉

Thanks Richazey 🙂

I'm in the admin panel on the normal link though. 🙂

That is why people use me as I had helpful tools like this for free just incase things go wrong 😉

I think it's fixed now. Thanks alot. +Rep 🙂

Glad I could help. Remember if you are editing your template either do it offline in notepad++ and always keep a back up copy if things go wrong, do you still need me to do those other jobs for you?
