First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
The theme looks really fluid, but it seems 'dull'. Spruce it up a bit with a variation on colors. Add a little flavor to your forum and impress your guests! The space where your banner would be, I see advertisements. As if you are money thirsty. Try getting a simple banner to add up and move the ads somewhere reasonable.
I notice your index is small, which is a great thing. If your forum is new, although, increasing it's size as activity comes is a good idea. I would add more images and something to give your forum's appearance that extra kick it is looking for mate.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Everything in your forum fits with it's surrounding community of forums. They look layed out well but it is very traditional. Dare to be different, go into the unknown, make your forum different with different set ups, although you need to keep it simple. Hard thing to accomplish, but it will help immensely.
The shoutbox is not too big to be intrusive, and it actually matches. That makes a shoutbox at the header of a forum a great thing, and it has great use too.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Being open for a couple of months, my testimony on your activity is rather pity-full. No one except your staff seems active. It all seems to be a bunch of short exchange posts and no one becoming interested in the forum, make them interested with a posting competition in which the prize may vary from free graphics to VIP status.
Again, staff do seem to be the only ones posting, so bump up increased user to forum status.
The shoutbox seems to be well used and functional for all members. Kudos on that.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Having an admin and 2 co-admins is way too overstaffed for a forum of your size and nature. Cut back on people you hire and let them post up some more. I would add someone to the GRX Team seeing as they do lead a forum of their own, or just remove the group completely until you have some graphic staff.
Staff seem to be watching over posts very well to make sure all posts are up to standard of your guidelines and does reflect good on your forum. New members are welcomed and overall status of staff moderation is well.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Well your co-admins have a bad spelling issue in the shoutbox and such. I do think someone in the position so high should be using lingo publicly. I do see one post by the main admin as a almost spam post. Asking your members to sign up on another forum and put them as a refferal. That is pushing members away and discredits your forum greatly. Content like this should not be posted in announcements.
Overall staff spelling and grammar is just awful. It is atrocious. Set higher standards for such a special permission. Admins set a impression for members, and yours is slapping me in the face.

Final Remarks:
This forum looks nice, although I have seen many like it. It seems really dull and dead. Bring in something to spice it up and to a higher standard than what was previously set. Bring something I have yet to see into a graphics forum, the traditional GFX staff, request forum and general area is way too plain and over used.
What was most liked about the website/forums:
I liked how all of the colors of panels matched in the theme. The theme really flowed together nicely and added a little nice touch.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
The dead activity, the very unprofessional staff and the fact you are just like any other graphics forum on the 'net.
