Now that it is the January transfer window, two of the biggest names being talked about is Roque Santa Cruz and Stewart Downing. Downing has put in a transfer request but Middlesbourgh will not let him leave and want him to stay.
Do you think if a player wants to leave the club should allow them to leave or force them to stay?
Yeah I do agree with you, if a player wants to leave they should be able to but then you could say they should see out their contract. The same kind of happened with Gareth Barry too in the summer but he didn't get forced to stay and he is still happy at Villa now though.

Meh he's alright I guess, I mean, I live in Australia but my nationality isn't actually Australian so I don't really support Aus football all that much BUT I do know most of the players.
Cahill always seems to get lots of goals for Everton though.
