Simple: How do you keep your members coming back?

I get their Skypes, MSNs, and other IM addresses and link new topics to them. They like the topics, they reply.

In my past, quality threads was always a hook.

I just keep adding quality to my forum because I know that it isn't a good sign. I keep doing that until they come back, or I just forget about them and move on.
