I think a number one cause of moderator/team member resignation is due to being burned out from boredom.
A perfect setup on a forum is a forum that doesn't have any abuse and spam issues. We all (admins) strive for that sort of things, right? It means the community can thrive without drama and other unwanted issues.
But that also means moderators and team members have less to do. That can lead to boredom. Boredom can lead to inactivity and resignation.
So, my question for you all today is, how do you make being staff on your forum fun, entertaining, and always a good time to mitigate boredom that leads to inactivity and resignations?
