Keeping it Unique?

What is the unique thing about your forum? Most forums nowadays must remain unique in order to stay ahead of the game, so what do you do?

How many advertising forums do you know of, allows you to use a pool of ads and let you use those ads on your own forum, as a way to get your forum seen on the forums in that pool of ads? Direct Advertisement does that, but not allot of people are signing up for it. I wonder why.

I'm a pro in coming up with one of a type projects aka unique projects.

I got one already released: IY

One in the works

And 3 ideas of a project that I need to brainstorm on that are all also 1 of a type.

What can I say? I'm a creative guy. Some have it others don't.
