On a program, alt+c is a shortcut to enable or disenable the feature on the program? Is there a way I can, for example, press the Ctrl key or any key and it enables and disenables the feature?

If there is a keymapper inside the program yes. If not use a mouse program to function as the same. That way you can just click the scroll button and it will act as though alt+c is pressed.

May I ask what program it is and maybe I can further assist you.
