Pros:
-Your site's stats look decent at a glance. They shouldn't be turning potential members away.

-You don't have any empty forums on your index. This is good, as those can be unattractive to prospective members.

Cons:
-Your index runs a bit long. You may wish to combine some forums. Not only will that make your index shorter, but it will also make your forum look more active by creating fewer forums with more posts in each.

-Your banner is very plain. I would recommend redesigning it. Your site is dedicated to creativity, so you should have a more creative banner.

-Your theme looks professional, but I don't think it suits your site. Your forum is dedicated to creativity; it's not a business. I think that a new theme that has a little more depth may be a positive change for your forum.

Forum's strong points: Your forum's statistics look decent.

Improvements to make: You need to make some improvements to your theme. You also need to work on your layout.
