Members don't all come at once, give it time and don't stop advertising and they will come in.

Efc is right, just make sure to advertise enough and don't give up hope
 
Maybe you should try and update it a little, get some special things to the site that will attract more members -😉- .

This site is okay, you need to change the name of it though lol joking
 
I don't like the layout, the colors are awful, and there are too much forums.
 
Heres what I see wrong,

-Banners too big
-Get a real skin, the one you have hurts eyes
-Remove the little Ads off the top, but them on the bottom

Other than that stay active and keep at it. If you really think its pointless, then get a webhost and install a real copy of phpBB3, then youll have full control over everything and can backup your database/install any MOD you want. Its more work, but its better software and more control.
