So you are a distributor, you do not actually own the servers you sell on behalf of the actual hosting company, just wondering why you did not disclose that fact?

Good point but it's important to note at least for me that when one says, Family owned" that it's not really owned but more so a distribution which means if you fold so can the accounts unless the actual owners pick up your service should you close your doors.

One of the main reason I suggest people go direct to the owners of the servers then you have minimized any risk of shut down.

Now, please don't take this the wrong way Allan, but your website seriously needs to be looked into. I hate to say this but there are so many things wrong with it. I'm sorry. 😕

[*] Let's start with the layout. It looks like a pyramid made out of building blocks.
[*] The scrollbar? Sorry, but that just makes your website look amateur and unprofessional.
[*] The text...all one size, all one colour. Liven it up a little!

Sorry, I'll shut up now and offer you some friendly advice.
Like I said, please don't take this the wrong way.
I remember when my little brother made his first website.
He used to get annoyed with my consistent nagging him, poor chap.
But eventually he managed to make quite a decent looking website. 😎

SOME GOOD FEEDBACK

[*] I like the logo. That is VERY good!
[*] I think you made a good effort, especially considering you coded the site yourself.

WHAT CAN YOU DO BETTER?

[*] Fix the layout...and get rid of those scrollbars!
[*] Add some colour to the text, perhaps use <h1> or <h2> tags for titles.
[*] Make the email form an actual form rather than a mailto: link might be an idea.
(not everyone has Apple Mail or Microsoft Outlook installed on their PC or Mac you see).

I do have to agree with Dirty Dog on this one, the site seems to be a little outdated like he was basically explaining.

Thanks for you input, but we wanted something simple and to the point. To us it's all about the service you get and not try to be the flashest hosting site out. We are doing ok after being around for 2 years and holding our own.We like keeping it low key and more of a friendly professional type then just all business. Again thanks for the input and I will think some things over.

You know what. That design is awesome. It shouldn't work for a host. A host needs to have a complex professional design but you've got away with a simple fun design amazingly. You've brought simplicity to hosting. Congratulations!
