Pros:
I really like your theme you have, it is very light, and the colours integrate very well with each other.
The background you have is very soothing, it is light, and fits in well with the theme
Your logo is simple, effective, and straight to the point. Also, your text is highly visible.
For being open for 1 day, you have good stats, 112 posts in 1 day is very good for a new forum.
Your new/old topic icons are brilliant, when there are no new posts, they seem to fade into the background, but when there are new posts, they stand out a lot.
I like your descriptions, they are very simple, and straight to the point.
Your statistics down the bottom, the way they are set out looks brilliant.
Cons:
Your load time is very slow, sometimes it can take anywhere from 5 - 10 seconds just to load the images.
When I change or refresh the page, the theme is broken. Up the top right is a little white box which is ugly, and the buttons for the menu are split up. This might be unappealing for new members when they click on your link.
The ads, I don't like them, they really do not look good with your theme, especially the green ones.
On saying you have good descriptions, some could do with a little more beef. What I mean is, a few need some more explaining as to what actually is inside the board.
The red X's dont look good against the blue gradient down the bottom, in your statistics area.
Final/General Thoughts:
I like your statistics and theme, except for some small thing, keep it up.
