You have been open over 2 months and you only have 30 members. I think you should improve your member count by keep promotion and offering things like post exchanges whilst keeping an active member base.
Number Of Active Members:3/10 (marked out of 10)
In the last 99 hours you have had 10 members on, i.e one every 10 hours. Bearing in mind your forum has been open over 2 months and is a forum which i can't see why people wouldn't like it, that's quite a disappointing count. And also the active members are basically all your staff except hybrid and dareaper who is a VIP
Number Of Posts (Spam or Otherwise): 4/10 (marked out of 10)
Your posts are usually of a reasonable quality having a look around and you have a respectable amount of posts (1837) even though most of them are by staff.
Appearance (First Impressions): 15/20 (marked out of 20)
The portal gives you a good first impression that is a nice friendly forum but the skin is quite bland, personally i would reccomend http://www.stsoftware.biz/index.html if you want decent skins.
Layout: 15/20 (marked out of 20)
The layout is good however the organisation of the categories/forums is a bit jumbled up IMO, but i really like the information the portal gives.
Moderation: 7/10 (marked out of 10)
You have more mods then you need therefore the reason you don't get but they all seem active. But i guess it would be grossly unfair to kick a mod off for no reason so don't go back on it now. However your mods grammar (at least 1 of them) is very poor.
Activity: 6/10(marked out of 10)
The majority of topics have replies today, however most are by admins. Still looks good though to see posts today for a visitor considering joining but there is too much activity from admins IMO post wise.
Spelling and Grammar: 6/10 (marked out of 10)
Your spelling is fine, but your grammar by your mods looking around is extremely poor as is 'offtopic' without a space and 'funstuff' without a space. Text speak can be a turn-off for some people looking at posts on a forum
Overall Mark (Out Of 100): 59/100
Your forum is OK but you need to attract more members then just the staff and more members overall and more importantly keep them active
