First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
First impression was that the site looks very professional. However, I can't decide if the follow me image (for twitter) should be there or not. It kind of takes away from the banner. Finally, after thinking about it for a little, I think that the twitter follow me bird (with sign) should be moved somewhere else. You might want to think about moving it to the right and having the branch come out of the top of the right side.
I don't understand why you are powered by web-tag.. Is there a reason? Usually powered by should only be used to say what script you are using. Unless web-tag is a script.
You also should get some real hosting. There are plenty of free hosting plans out there. Then you can just connect the DNS from your domain options to your hosting. It will make your forum easier to navigate. It will also help users link to threads in other threads (good if someone wants to refer someone to another thread).

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
News and Updates should be first. Move introductions to the bottom of your first category 'front desk'. Kreative Box and Feedback and Support should be merged into one. They are basically the same things. They are both for user feedback, ideas, and input.
The staff application link may be helpful, but it will encourage ALL users to apply. You should really only look for people who have been around your forum for a while and that you can trust. You should make an application forum that is only visible for users who have at least X amount of posts. That way you don't get applications from members who signed up and have only made a few posts.
Kreative Centre. I would recommend making this section alphabetical. When you have 5+ forums in a category you should make it alphabetical. It will make it easier to navigate. I often find that I will not be able to find a forum because I simply glance over it or it is clustered with a bunch of other forums.
Computer and Program Bar. Your description (the first part of it) makes it seem like you have a real time shop. You should change it something like "Need help with computer repair? Need advice on buying a new computer? Discuss all computer and program needs here." Obviously it doesn't have to be exactly that, but something like that.
Your hangout area should be merged with the kreative extras section. You should NOT have a section with only two forums in it. It does not look good.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Well I can't see the statistics of each forum so it is a little hard to judge. However, you almost have 2,000 posts in a little bit less than a month which is a good thing. I would recommend making lots of new topics each day. Try to make about 5-6 new topics each day and 4-5 new replies each day. That way each month you are getting at least 300 posts just some yourself. I don't see a problem with your statistics right now though, so you could always just keep on doing what you are doing.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
I can't find a staff list, but from reading your shoutbox it looks like you have:
2 people in green, 2 in red. It looks like red means administrator status and green means they are on the design team. That is pretty good. You don't look overstaffed.
I also don't see any wildly inappropriate threads which is good.

Naz: By looking at this shoutbox posts it looks like he doesn't have the best grammar. I would suggest telling him to act a little more professional. Instead of saying guyz, use guys. And he said what... It looks like he meant 'want'.

Final Remarks:
Site looks good. I would recommend changing the twitter button's placement. You should definitely fix the spelling mistakes. Site still looks good though and the statistics are nice for the amount of time your board has been open.

The name is very original. I like that the most. I also like the unique names. For example, Flow Shop.

Spelling mistakes are very unprofessional and that is what I disliked the most.
