First Impressions - (Out of 20)
The colors of the forum are great. I also loved the images. They all tend to blend together. I also love the background image that you have. You don't notice it much, but it pulls it all together. You might want to slow down the scroll bar at the top of the forum. Fast scroll bars or animations can hurt people with slow internet. Also, when I first loaded the page, the images were messing up a little. This also happens with my forum and we both have the same host, so I belive it is the host.
I also notice that you started a blog. If you want your members and guests to find that too, you might want to add it to the navigation. Other than that, your First Appearance is perfect!

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
First of all, the "Announcements" category could be changed to "Site" or "Community" because its not used for announcements exept in one area. This will just make the forum look a bit better. The rest of the forums look like they all belong there. I have to say, good job on those. The forums are the hardest part to get right in my opinion.

Forum Statistics - (Out of 20)
117 members with 4.3k posts are alright statistics. I would encourage your members to post a little bit more, and always, try to get more members. Members are the sole part of the forum and you want as many as you can get. I would recomend Traffic Digger or Google.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
With a moderation team of One Admin, Two Mods, and Two Graphics designers, you are doing a good job at the moment. The forums are being moderated well and you have a great team at the moment. You might want to hide the Super Mod and V.I.P group until you get members. Also, you might want to remove yourself as Group leader of all of those groups. Mabye make a dummy account to hold the place or something, but admin should only be in the Administrator group.

While scanning the forum, I found no spelling or grammar mistakes. All I can suggest here is to encourage your members to use correct english when they post. It makes the forum look a little more professional.
