Kvannis.com is a one week old forum. we have all kinds of forums there: Designing (Photoshop, illustrator and much more), Gaming and Advertising. we are growning EVERY day. As you have probably understanded we are still in the early days thats why we need YOU to join us!
I see that you are using phpBB2. I think it may be better while you site is quite new to upgrade to phpBB3 as at some point you will need to upgrade anyway. phpBB3 is much better featurewise and is built with security in mind unlike phpBB2.
I must admit when i first tried phpBB3 i didn't like it but i got used to it and i now like it. Just install it and try it out for a while and keep playing with and install styles and it will grow on you i promise -happy-
There is a converter which you can use to convert from phpBB2 to phpBB3 without any loss of data. All you need to do is upload phpBB3 to a different directory and go through the normal install instructions then once it is installed it will give you the chance to convert and you just need to give the path and database info of your current forum and the new database info and it will clone your database and convert the clone so if it does mess up your phpBB2 forum will still work and you can start the phpBB3 conversion again.
There is also instructions in the doc directory when you upload phpBB3 which you can read before but it is self explainatry really.
