Uptime and Reliability: 1/10 - Their uptime is quite bad, you could expect some regular downtime although majority of them are quite short. Some of the longer ones are infrequent. Their server is also very slow.
Technical Support: 1/10 - Their answers to questions are awful and a lot of the time, they fail to solve your problems. Sometimes you ask a question and then they give you a totally unrelated answer. I had an issue with AW stats and I submitted over 10 tickets and non of them solved the issue - they close the tickets without solving the problem.
Customer Support: 7/10 - They get to my tickets very quickly.
Pros: Very quick support ticket response times (you will need it 😛)
Cons: Very unreliable and a lot of downtime. Answers to support tickets don't solve the issues and their response is sometimes unrelated to your question. Server is very slow
Final Comments: PLEASE AVOID THIS HOST!!
