So,

I had KVCwebhosting for a while now and realize that with the 1.89 plan there resources are very limited,

And I don't wanna pay almost 2$ a month without REAL support. and not just the same person in the chatroom all the time -_- and phone representives always never answer.

What should i do?

Save up for bluehost, and delete my website and continue with the free hosting, Or struggle with the limited resources KVC has?

By support you mean only 1 person in the chatroom and they never answer there phone :/ I was gonna start a hosting company with blue host but the plan they suggested totaled up to be 3k

Yes, KVC Web Hosting is awful. I mainly used their support ticket system and they respond quite quickly but the responses didn't make any sense most of the time and uptime was horrible. The technical support team definitely don't know their stuff. This was on a VPS server too so I wouldn't recommend their shared hosting at all.

I recommend that you move away from KVC Hosting. I wouldn't recommend free hosting as you may end up having the same problem as KVC Hosting. You may want to try Scala Hosting: https://www.scalahosting.com/web-hosting.html (FP is currently on them)

They have Live Chat support 24/7 and they seem to have different people answer every time I need help so that kind of implies they have many staff members. I never used their phone support but they reply to Live Chat quick enough so there is no need. However, you may need to pay a bit more for their shared hosting plan though. Their cheapest is $2.95 and they do have some limits to resources usage for their shared hosting plan. You can find more information if you are interested at: https://www.scalahosting.com/tos.html - check under Resource usage.

There are also some reviews of hosts in the Software & Hosting Discussions forum so maybe you can check that out too.

Hope this helps!

I think I might just go with a host that the official phpbb recommends those are nice sites you told me I see bluehost forumatic and a couple more that phpbb recommends also. Most people rather have it pre-set up and not have to do all the installing like you do when you setup your real phpbb host so I can understand why a lot go to free hosting,

But there's good free hosts out there I personally like Forumotion and FreeForumsOrg .

Just so you know we offer $2 hosting plans per month USD.

Perfect for a brand new forum running phpbb. If you would like a custom package, feel free to open a ticket and I will, personally, take a look at it and see what I can do.
