First Impressions & Appearance - 16 (Out of 20)
You've got a nice layout. Nice and clean. Only the header had some colour in it, which I often find dull but it actually looks good on this lay out. The simplicity is shown a lot in a good way.
The forum also matches the site nicely, it's a bit different but the colour scheme is matching exactly. You could look into making the header exactly the same, so it's a 'nice flow' between the two.
You've not got that much forums, but the board index is being lenghtened by the left column which is a shame really. It leaves a white gap below the forumlist. Also, all the boxes on the left are not that useful, for example the "Recent Added Topics" list currently shows none. After logging in it did show topics, so perhaps remove it for guests perhaps. You could also consider decreasing the amount of 'status changes', so it's not that long aswell. The useful block link is a nice touch, but it's also already listed in the upper right corner. So you can consider removing this aswell, so everything is not so stretched out.
Two minor things, though: I found out you could collapse the left hand side menu, but when it's collapsed and you want to toggle it again the button is "<", while I think it should be ">". Perhaps you can change this. Also, the Top Posters Block isn't showing the avatars properly.

Site Layout - 18 (Out of 20)
Like said earlier, the simplicity does it! I think it looks awesome, no categories just a list of forums on the Board Index which I think is awesome and original. After I logged in I did found a second category, which is a good aswell. Just a little section aside from the 'general forums'.
The order in which the forums appear seems to be perfect, they're in a sensable order and easy to 'follow'. What you could do in my opinion is move the subforum 'Forum Games' to the Board Index aswell. I feel it isn't really a 'discussions' forum, and seeing you do not have that long of a board index it should fit in just fine. It also seems to have enough activity to be on the board index!
I found navigating through the site rather hard though, once you're in a forum, subforum or post it's hard to get back to the parent forum. I really had to search for the navigation (breadcrumbs) and finally found it at the far top of the page. Perhaps adding one at the bottom aswell might be an idea, as you usually have the last posts at the bottom of page and if you want to go back you first have to go back to the top.

Statistics and Activity - 18 (Out of 20)
You've got 1250 posts and 83 users, which comes down to 15 posts per user which is not a stunning amount for a forum that is open for over a month. However, your average posts per day comes down to 35 posts which is excellent. The user per day is little over 2, which is also good.
You're doing pretty well, it's just hard to get a 'general discussions' board off the ground and find a lot of active members. Keeping that in mind, I think you're doing great. Just keep up this and I'm sure more users will join the board.

Staff Moderation - 18 (Out of 20)
You've got 3 Administrators and 2 Global Moderators. I think the amount of staff is about right, perhaps you could do with one less. But what I do not understand is the amount of Administrators. 3 Administrators are a lot for still such a small board.
However, the moderation of the posts seems to be excellent. The quality of posts is great, with a pretty high standard! I couldn't find a post that was out of line and the I've read through the rules which are well set up and 'easy to read'.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - 19 (Out of 20)
I am absolutely stunned by the professionalism on your board! All the Forum Descriptions and more important Forum Topics (Rules, etc.) seem to be spelled perfectly. I couldn't find the smallest error. Only thing I noticed as a topic title in the News forum, which is just one minor thing: "When postign news or reviews, etc.".
I would suggest renaming the News forum through. "Channel MTC News" doesn't read well, I would suggest something like "MTC News Channel" or just "MTC News".
Another small error I would like to point out is the "Location" field in the viewtopic page, it doesn't have a ":" behind it and just lists everything as one: "LocationWindows XP SP 3.5" from aledTH.

Final Remarks: Try to fix this small points I pointed out and you're set for success!
What was most liked about the website/forums: The simplicity!
What was disliked most about the website/forums: The white gap on the board index and the 'not very useful for guests' blocks on the left.
How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website? You could actually, but I'm not really into the 'general discussion' forums.
