First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
-To be honest, my first impressions are a bit of a mixed bag. I think the forum itself looks very nice. I like the theme you use, it is colorful and pleasing to the eyes.
-I don't like the choice of banner. It is wrong to me in many ways. The biggest thing to me is that the banner doesn't go with the forum theme at all. It looks out of place and clashes awkwardly with the theme.
-Another thing that bugs me about the banner is that it doesn't go all the way across, and you can still see the outline going out to but not reaching the edge of the forum. It needs to be resized.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
-There are forum icons for two forums. It looks very weird having only two icons. Either all forums need to have a forum icon, or none can have it.
-I like the layout of the forum for the most part. One suggestion I have is to move around the forums by order of popularity (amount of posts). So: General, Movies, Music, Video Games, Advice, Sports, World News. It makes it easier for people to post there.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)

-I count 16 posts per day. This is kind of slow, even for a new forum. A forum of this nature, general/teen, should be getting around 25+ per day. However, the forum is active at least. Every forum except one has posts today. I won't comment about exchanges and such as the forum is currently very active.
-I count 22 posts per member. This is a pretty good member. The forum isn't filled with 0-Post newbs who sign up and then don't come back. You have real members.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
-Forgive me if I am wrong, since I cannot view groups, but I count one administrator and one founder.
-2 Administrators is plenty of manpower for the new forum until things get booming. In the future be sure to hire a moderator, not an admin as two is plenty.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
-Video Games - "Did anyone review a game and you wanna post it here? go ahead in this section." Make it "Did someone review a game you found worth posting? Use this section."
-Helpdesk - "Having problems with the site, well post them here and we'll try and fix them. " Make it "Having problems with the site? Post your problem here and we will try to fix it." Also remove the smilie as it looks unprofessional.

Final Remarks: I think the forum is decent, but lacking a lot of shine that makes it really stand out from similar forums. To be honest, there isn't much that would make me sign up and stay. But if you take into account some of my suggestions and comments, you should be in good shape.
