My original site had a rollback of nearly 6 months. We lost well over 1k member accounts, almost 65k posts, a custom skin I made, and countless other things I can't remember. We were on S6 of Invisionfree which got wiped during some random maintenance they were doing. And they weren't performing backups on forums which had converted to their new software, zetaboards. So we got rolled back to the day we were converted.
After that I bought the IPB software and my own hosting so that doesn't happen again. I can back up the site whenever I wish.

But yeah, don't think that counts because I didn't delete it, but it's a close equivalent.
One of the forums I helped out on got deleted by proboards if that counts. That had well over 100,000 posts. My fault, Proboards got wind that I had moved the forum to Zetaboards. I wanted to keep the Proboards version up incase the Zetaboards one didnt work out, and also to have it as an archive. But they deleted it!!!
Felt so bad as I effectively destroyed all the years of posts :/ I hate proboards
