What was the last meal you cooked? How did it turn out?

The last meal I made was Enchiladas and they turned out really good. My son absolutely loves Enchiladas and if he enjoyed them you know they turned out right 🙂

We had chicken tortilla soup for dinner that I made in the crock pot.

The last meal I cooked was breakfast wraps that consisted of bacon, hash browns, and eggs. I would have liked to add sausage to them but my eldest doesn't like sausage and my other children didn't want sausages with their wraps so I left it out.

I don't cook; my husband does. I'm very fortunate that way lol But I'd say the last thing "I" actually cooked was boiled eggs 🙂
