Hey,
Can someone post a link or something to an article of how to lay down *crap, forgot the name of the cable* to connect a server to the computer.

No, I don't need the certificate really, I am getting my own office next month and the servers are in the room next to me, I just need to lay down the wire.

I know I buy some wire, fray it out, out these clips or something and plug it to something he said 😛

The videos are pretty easy to understand since the certificate is a entry level networking certificate for people who need it for an Entry level networking job, so the videos can help most people with essential networking skills like connecting a computer to the internet or network.

I think all you need is a very RJ45 Cat5 or Cat 5e : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category_5_cable Ethernet cable which is rated for speeds for 100mbps or 1000mbps/gigabit ethernet depending on your switch and router supported speed type unless your office uses Fibre optic network cabling which is very fast.

The speed rating for the cable should be printed on the cable or box for cable.

Maybe this guide will help you with connecting your computer to a server.
