So Layerbb is a new Modern Open Source Free Forum Software that uses BootStrap as the theme which means you can create any theme also in the Admin panel you can edit any existing theme to your liking the Support team is pretty fast as well there isn't more I can say as they are fairly new they opened December 31, 2017 (A year and a Half old) and they are doing pretty awesome so far I am using their Software on my forum and I love it I would rate it a 9/10 Also with the current update which is Verison 1.10 they are implending new features right now they have the Rank banners something like Xenforo has which not many forums offer from within the system as you have installed using CSS (Manually and you must have the knowledge in that area.) Any more questions or concerns The LayerBB team will be happy to hear your feedback, just go to their website

Do they have a Github?

I can see a few problems with a cursory glance.

Load time / memory usage is superfluous. Only show that to admins, not users.

Slow, or so the load time would suggest.

The quote ID thing in the postbits is fluff, you just need a quote button.

The URLs could do without the ".php" in it. It looks unprofessional.

Name should be coloured across the entire software and not just in one spot or another.

Use source control, if you don't already. Possibly Git.

There's probably more I missed, but that should be enough to get started on. The theme is actually fairly decent, although it could do with more breakpoints.
