Leaving Admin Position

Nerdie, you gotta stop killin off your admins!

Assuming direct control...

Well, Fergal, it's sad to see another one leave, but I'm sure every member here understands. Running a forum is a hard feat, and I wish you well in your life endeavors. May the spirit of Forum Promotion ever guide you. 😛

We love ya man, be sure to stick around! 🙂

Not another? Cloverfield just leave us and you are doing it too?

I wouldn't blame them if I were you, Jack. The job is super hard, and these people contribute to one of the best promotion forums on the webz. 🙂 It's a hard job, and it can definitely burn you out!

Fergal, I just want to say that you are one of the nicest people I have worked with in the forum realm. It was a pleasure working on the same team with you. We may not have agreed one hundred percent of the time, but I have always respected you. I can understand your decision to retire from FP, and I wish you the best of luck with whatever your future may bring!

Fergal you've been great and electrifying, I'm almost in tears after getting this news.

Hey there's a new "Retired Administrator" rank and color. 😛

It's actually been around for quite some time. We just decided to change the color, and the image rank will be out tomorrow. 🙂

Fergal! I enjoyed time working with you and I wish everything the best for you from now on. Do visit us from time to time and see you around! 😀

Thanks ever so much everyone for your kind words, they are most touching and I greatly appreciate them.

There have been a couple of mentions of the fact that my retirement was so close to Cloverfield's and suggestions that there is something going on behind the scenes here at FP. Honestly, the timing is coincidental, I would have preferred not leave so close to Cloverfield, but I have just started on a new work project and I just don't have the time required for an FP Admin position at this time.

I have always loved this site, FP is close to my heart and that hasn't changed.

My comment was purely comical, and I am sure that no one believes that Nerdie is killing you all off. 🙂 It would take a lot more than a suggestion to run off you and Cloverfield. You two have put more into this forum than most of the active community combined; and although my break seems to have been smack dab in the middle of your leadership, the forum is still intact, so you did a pretty damn good job in my books. It takes a lot to run a forum, and a lot more to own one. You have honestly helped shape what Forum Promotion is today.

I plan to hold you to that. Don't you leave us alone for too long. I have no idea about some of these people around me. *looks to her left, and her right* 🙂

Love ya, Fergal, thank you for your service to the most amazing promotion forum on the web.

Fergal, it was awesome getting to know you during the time you had FP. I enjoyed our side PM conversations after a question of mine was answered. Thanks for everything you have done for this forum... you will be greatly missed around here! Don't be afraid to pop in and say hello once in a while!

Sad to see you go Fergal 🙁 Hope to see you around a lot!

You did a great job here at Forum Promotion. It's sad to see you go. Best of luck with whatever you end doing in the future.

Fergal, It was great working alongside you when you were owner here and there are quite a few good (and bad) memories from those many years 😉 I kind of expected this to happen because of your other commitments but it is still always sad to see someone that I have worked with for so many years leave a site I really care about.
